Been married for 27 years. Oh, my goodness. We’re on a roll. So, we’re past the 20-year mark.

Yes. We’re even past the 25-year mark. And how do we keep a good thing going? Our one simple step. One simple step.

Now, I know it’s going to seem totally crazy to you. But it has such great magic to it. Such great magic. First we demo it, explain it.

Oh, We’ll will just tell you. I think we should tell why it works. Why?

Why? Alright, let’s talk about why. So, I want to start with, you know, and as a married couple especially 27 years, over 20 years, you start to kind of you know just be like, you exist around each other. And you know, I do my things like he does his things.

We’re both doing our own things over here. And I’m beating it this rhythm and he’s beating it that rhythm and it’s not the same rhythm all the time. It’s definitely different. And so, what’s happening is you’re drifting away from each other and you’re feeling like you’re not on the same page. Right.

And it’s time to get onto the same page or like what Kim saying, “Into the same beat or the same rhythm” with each other. And if you can get into the same rhythm with each other, Wow. Communication gets in on a rhythm, the way you think gets in on a rhythm and you go back to feeling like you’re connected. And the great thing about it is this this super simple tip we’re going to share with you, is it does not take that long. 3 minutes.

It’s incredible with that 3 minutes in a day can literally do for your life. Okay, so… What you’re missing is rhythm. What you’re missing is connection.

And we’ve taken that hundred steps put in a blender, pureed it, pour it into a cup and it’s one thing. And this is what it is. Right over here. It’s super easy.

3 minutes and what we call. It is called… You got, you got, just got it there. You go let’s call it the sway. The sway.

Okay, so what do you do? Super easy. You pull out your phone click to music, you find yourself a nice slow song.

You hit play and then you turn it so the music’s going to come out the top because you’re wearing you’re, wearing your jacket or your coat or your… I could even hold it. Or you can even hold it. Then what you do once you got music playing.

You get her, you grab her. No, it’s not very romantic. What you do is, you get a hold of her and you literally sway with each other. Now, it’s not called dancing.

No, no. It’s not dancing. It’s not dance. And it’s very technical.

First, you lean to the right then you lean to the left and then repeat the steps. You lean to the right, you lean to the left and that’s just called a sway. Now, one song is on the average between 2 minutes and 50 seconds to 3 minutes and 50 seconds. But we’re just going to call three minutes. And one sway a day, keeps the devil away.

Wants to mess you up and split you up. So, this is literally this sway. Gets you into harmony. And it’s magical there’s a lot of science behind this and it’s very magical. Because when you move together, you begin to think like each other again.

And it’s that connection that you just crave. But it’s so super simple. And if all times of the day that we’re this really would work is in the morning. First thing.

Or in the evening. Right before you go to bed. Or both. Did you say both?

I know. That’s like 2 times day. Top-level. Not just 3 minutes, that’s 6 minutes a day.

Who would have thought, right? Who would’ve thought. That literally a sway in the morning and the sway in the evening is going to literally bring you into this whole new level of harmony. And you have no idea all the cool stuff is going to happen to you until you get in the practice of a sway in the morning and a sway in the evening.

I have to say, some people say to us, “What? That’s not going to work.” We have had literally hundreds of couples that we’ve… Actually, we’ve taught this to thousands and of those thousands. Literally hundreds of couples have come back to us and told us that one simple step that we taught them, saved their marriage. Like they’re really in the brink separation.

They’re about ready to separate. They’re like, you know, we have nothing in common. There’s nothing about us that’s really connecting anymore. And these are the ones that are… Because they weren’t on the same page.

This puts you together in harmony and it works. So, you know, and I think today and right now is a good place to create the sway. You don’t wait for the perfect moment. You go get your phone, you get some music, go find your spouse or when they walk in the door today, you just turn the music on. You grab them, lean to the left, lean to the right, repeat those steps for 3 minutes.
